Health Insurance
All eligible employees and their dependents are covered under Pergo's medical, dental and vision plans after 30 days of employment. The Company subsidizes the premiums for Medical, Dental and Vision Care, including dependents. Employees can save on prescription costs under the Medical plan.
Bonus Plan
Pergo's Bonus plan allows all employees the opportunity to share the benefits gained from achieving company goals. Each Pergo employee is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan. The incentives are based on company, team and individual goals.
401(k)
All Pergo employees are eligible to contribute to the 401(k) plan after 6 months of employment.The company matches 67 cents per dollar up to 6% of the employee's contribution. Employees are fully vested after 3 years, and have many investments to choose from.
Paid Company Leave
Pergo encourages all employees to take time away from work. Employees are eligible for 11 paid holidays and accrue vacation bi-weekly equivalent to 2 weeks per year.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
All Pergo employees are eligible for short-term disability (STD) after 30 days of employment. STD covers 50% of base pay up to 90 days. Once short-term disability has expired, employees are eligible for long-term disability. The plan pays 50% of base earnings
and supplemental coverage is available at a nominal cost to employees.
